Welcome to CornerStone

Thank You for stopping by our web site. Our hope is that you will find something here to encourage and lift you up. At Cornerstone we believe that your past does not have to be your future. We cannot change the past, but we can allow the past to change us. We believe that every person is born on purpose for a purpose, and the ultimate joy in life is serving Jesus Christ in the ministry designed for each of us.

We encourage you to take your time and surf our little piece of the web. Check out the free audio files available on this site. You will be encouraged as you listen to the teachings of God's word as it applies to your life.

When you are in the area please stop by and attend one of our services.

What to expect when you visit CornerStone

Visiting a new place for the first time can sometimes be intimidating. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable the first time you worship with us at Cornerstone. Our desire is that your time with us be positive from the moment you drive into the parking lot until the time you leave the service.

We've tried to anticipate some of the questions you may have before you come to CCC for the first time. You'll find the answers to those questions below. If you have additional questions, contact us.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE? The first time you visit with us, plan to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early. This will give you time to park, drop of your children and find a comfortable place to sit in our auditorium.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK? There are designated parking spaces reserved just for you, our guest! These spaces are located right up front and have a sign that says "Guest Parking."

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? If you're are more comfortable in your blue jeans or if you desire to wear a suit, then by all means, wear that! We are more interested in you connecting with God and our church family than what you wear.

WHAT STYLE IS THE WORSHIP SERVICE? We offer a worship style that would be considered, "variable." We range from the latest worship choruses to the hymn.

WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN? We love kids at Cornerstone, which is why we have an excellent nursery and a children's program for preschoolers through 6th graders during the morning worship service. We also have a youth ministry for 13 - 18 years of age that also meet.

AM I EXPECTED TO GIVE IN THE OFFERING? No! We desire to give something to you when you are our guest - not get something from you. In fact we don't pass the offering plates, instead offerings are given as people leave the auditorium. We simply ask that you complete and drop in the "guest card."

WILL I HAVE TO WEAR A SPECIAL NAME TAG TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A GUEST AT YOUR SERVICE? Absolutely not! We want you to be relaxed and comfortable in our services without fearing that you might be singled out in some way.

Wandering Through?

It is no coincidence that you came upon this web site. There are over 108 million web sites on the internet. So the chances of you just stumbling upon us would be 1 in 108,000,000 at least. No God brought you here for a reason.

Perhaps you are like so many other people in this world that have no idea where they are going. They have no idea why they are here - what is their purpose.

Jeremiah 29:11 makes it very clear that God has a plan for your life. The verse reads:"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the. Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

You see, just like you didn't find this web site by chance, you were not born without a purpose. No, God has a plan for your life. He has a purpose for us in the good times and the bad.

If you feel like your life has no purpose - no real meaning, how about praying this simple prayer. It could change your life.

"God, Your Word says that you have a plan for my life. I don't know what it us, but I want to. Please reveal that plan and help me to follow You in the pursuit of it. Lord, forgive my sins, fill me with Your Holy Spirit, and help me to begin living for You. In Jesus' Name - Amen.

Are You A Good Person?
