Kim Frank, Associate Pastor
Pastor Kim is currently working on his Certificate of Ministry through Global University’s Berean School of the Bible. He has been a member of Cornerstone Christian Center since 2000, and is currently serving on the Official Board in his second term as a deacon. Prior to serving as a deacon, he served on the Official Board as a trustee. He is also currently serving as the Director of the Principle of Twelve, a ministry for casting the vision of the church and training disciples. Kim has also served as the adult Sunday school teacher.
Prior to Cornerstone, he was a member at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Vassar, Michigan for sixteen years. While attending there Kim served various terms as an elder and also as the financial secretary.
Pastor Kim is currently employed at Blasius Inc. in Vassar, Mi. as a solid surface counter top installer and has been in the building trades for many years. Pastor Kim now believes that God is calling him to build more than counter tops; he is being called to build people.
Pastor Kim’s preaching and teaching style is a “grass-roots” style of encouraging messages. He likes to salt the Word of God with a little humor and some real life stories that the average person can relate to. He believes that church is a place to build up the saints, not to tear them down. The church is a sanctuary and a refuge from the storms of life, a safe place where all is welcome.
Pastor Kim is married to Tammy, and they have six children, Heather, Tenya, Ron, Brandon, Nicole and Bryan; one son-in-law, Mark; two daughters-in-laws, Dana and Jennifer; and four grandchildren, Alice, Nathaniel, Madison and Jordan.
